What do you do at BitSight and how long have you worked here? I'm on the Customer Success team, making sure that the customer is taking value from the BitSight portal and that it fulfills its previously established plans. These established plans can be dynamic, as customers get to know the portal better, we help them to adjust their strategy according to their best interests. I’ve worked for BitSight for 2.5 years now.
How did you get into Customer Success? I actually worked for the Technical Research team most of the time I’ve been on BitSight - I joined the Customer Success team pretty recently. I transitioned from one team to another after performing different roles on the Technical Research team.
What challenges you the most at BitSight? Our product and backend features are always evolving, there’s always room for improvements and contributing for such changes and keeping up to everything is a great challenge. It excites me to see what we’re going to do next to keeps us the leader in the security ratings market.
What is your favorite thing about BitSight? The people. We have an amazing work environment where everyone is cooperative and genuinely committed either to their specific teams and all the others.
What is the most important thing you learned at BitSight? The value of teamwork.

What do you like to do for fun? I love reading, so one of the things I really like to do is to go to bookshops and buy books.
