What do you do at BitSight and how long have you worked here? I support customers with the implementation and operationalization of BitSight. I have been working at BitSight for 6 months.
What is your background and how did you get into Customer Success? I have a master’s degree in Information Systems’ Management and have been working as a Customer Success Manager since 2015.
What challenges you the most at BitSight? This is an evolving software and you have to keep up with it. Trying to excel every day is the biggest challenge.
What is your favorite thing to work at BitSight? Great team spirit!
What is the most important thing you learned at BitSight? How working hard can make a company grow!
What advice do you have for someone first getting into this field? Put yourself in the customer shoes, always!
What are some other companies you admire from a Customer Success perspective and why? I admire SAP, because it is the company where I learned how to work as a CSM.
What was the last book you read? I really like Dan Brown so of course I had to get his latest book. I am currently reading “Origin”!
If you weren’t working in Customer Success, what would you like to be? I love working with others and knowing people from all over the world. If I wasn’t working as a CSM I would probably be working in the International Relations area.
